Billy Blanks: Tae Bo Bootcamp Shred



Not as hard as I wanted
After reading the other review, I expected (and hoped for) this to be a very difficult workout, but it was not nearly as hard as some of Billy's other workouts. (I work out with taebo every day.) It runs an hour long and its an average taebo cadio workout. There's no particular focus on arms or abs. There are plenty of jumps, some push ups, and at around 30 minutes in there's a bit of floor work that I used a mat for. There are also quite a few long breaks. I love taebo, but I wanted a bit more intensity and difficulty.

love tae bo. i always lose weight with him.i always sweat. just love it. his workout seem a little harder now but thats okay. because im starting to see my body tone up.

Tae Bo is awesome!!!
I own several of Billy Blanks Tae Bo workouts. This one contains a lot more jumping than other DVDs. I liked it, and it gave me a good workout. I have lost weight through Tae Bo and dieting. I would recommend this workout to anyone who wants to loose weight.
